From my research, this project is an Executive Condominium and as such, is not allowed to be rented out.
Pls advice what is the consequences if the authority found out about the rental?

Hi Kumar,

You can rent out the rooms as long as you (the owner) are still physically occupying one of the rooms of the unit. There are no problems doing so within MOP. Thanks and hope to assist further.
